Cloud based WallRack. Danish design with full control

Provargo presents a new cloud-based WallRack in Danish design. The WallRack units is modular to always contain the required number of bottles for each bar. 

 

The system gives the possibility to change the brightness and color of each WallRack easily. The WallRack system is very reliable and very accurate, counting all pours and bottle shifts with timestamps. Each non-drip is approved by National Weights and Measures.

Pouring data, from all units, is continuously send to the cloud. All data will be displayed in detailed reports. The Cloud-solution provides a full overview, also if more outlets/venues have to be monitored at the same time.

This system will not only report a variance, it will show you the cause of the difference, where it came from and at what time it happened. This is the ultimate in draft beer control because bartenders know they will be evaluated on their individual performance at serving beer and at registering draft beer sales. Draft Manager Live is a powerful draught beer metering system combined with a Live POS interface. Both the amount of draught beer sold and dispensed in your bar are posted to the Draft Manager control panel and compared live. The system works behind the POS system or on any other Windows driven computer on the POS network. 

  • Every time a beer tap is used, the time and quantity of beer served are posted on the control panel screen. 
  • Each glass dispensed is clearly displayed and the amount to fill each glass size is rapidly identified. Your real-pour cost is defined for you in minutes.
  • Every time a draught beer is ordered on the POS system it is time stamped with the brand and pour size ordered and posted to the control panel screen.
  • The system compares the beer served with the beer sold live. You can see the difference at any time just watching the screen.
  • Reports will print automatically at the end dof each shift or you can print a report at any time manually.
  • Each bar is your establisment is tracked separately to keep your staff accountable for their own section.
  • The time stamps can direct you specific events if you use video surveillance.
